What is a Distributor?

A Distributor is a person or entity that purchases our products wholesale and then sells them Retail to end user customers, profiting from the sale. A Distributor will not engage in selling wholesale to another Distributor. All wholesale purchases are made directly from the company. Only Authorized Distributors are allowed to sell the Company’s products as “new” with a warranty. The company sets the MSRP (Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price) as a sales guideline. All methods of marketing are acceptable; Direct Sales, Selling from a Store Front, Trade-Shows, TV, Radio, Newspapers, Magazines, Door to Door, Internet, and any other form which is ethical. The only type of sales the company will NOT allow is selling in any form of Internet Auctions or bidding sites, like EBay. In addition NO distributor is authorized to sell any of our products through any method of selling with either a 25% markup or a 25% reduction from the Company MSRP. ONLY Natural Air Direct is allowed to authorize discounts greater than 25%. Any use of the Company’s name or Logos must have prior written approval from the Company. The Company will assign each Distributor a special number to use when purchasing wholesale. The Company will make final approval on all Distributors. The Distributor Number will not be assigned until a minimum wholesale purchase of a business package (3) Natural Air Units is made from the Company, at which time the Company will view you as an Active Distributor.

All equipment warranties will be taken care of by the Company. Any Equipment Service questions will be handled by the Company’s Customer Service.
