The Natural H2O 1000K & 500K is a High Capacity Whole House Water Filtration System. It begins with the water passing through NSF Certified KDF media, a combination of two dissimilar alloys, to remove chlorine over 99%, as well as filter heavy metals like lead, mercury, copper, nickel, chromium, and other dissolved metals, and extends the life of the carbon stage. KDF also provides a bacteria static environment. Most other whole house systems use only carbon. Carbon is a must in water filtration, however, it can be a breeding ground for bacteria over time. KDF inhibits bacteria growth and can increase carbon life as much as 300%.
